Terms of Service

If you have any issues with your order, please contact magic@thesistersenchanted.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

Please be sure to include all of the following information:

  •     Name on the Order
  •     Order Number
  •     Email Address
  •     Mailing Address

Please attach photos of the product and shipping box and as much detail/information as possible so we are able to help assist with any issues.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. We use a Print On Demand Service, and orders aren’t printed until they are placed and come from various vendors. If you experience a misprint or damaged item, please provide  photographs and the same information as above, within 30 days of receiving your product, in an email to magic@thesistersenchanted.com. We will work with you and our vendor on reaching a solution.
